Domain Registrations
Domain registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE once processed.
ICANN and registry fees are non-reversible.
SSL Certificates
Refundable only before certificate issuance.
Non-refundable after issuance.
VPS / Dedicated Servers
Non-refundable after provisioning due to infrastructure allocation.
2. How to Request a Refund

Reason for request

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
5–14 business days depending on payment provider.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Termination of services
Recovery fees
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel services anytime via account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
No partial refunds for unused time unless legally required.
